General Terms

•  Prices can change depending on what you ask for;

• I can always reject a commission for any reason.

Payment

• Currency accepted are USD and EUR, via paypal.me/onxsie;

• Never pay before I accept your order.

Process/Delivery

• The times it takes me to finish can be from 2 to 5 days, depending on how busy I can be with personal stuff;

• Once it's done, you'll receive a link (from dropbox) with the picture where you can download with full resolution;

Revisions

• You can change the commission 3 times after I send you the draft;

• If the change ins't clear enough, one time is still counted;

• Unless it's a mistake from my side, anything else counts;

Copyright/Usage

• I can cancel the commission at any time for whatever reason (with refund);

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork;

• You may upload your commission on your socials or any website;

• You may not resell, make prints or redistribute;

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially;​

• Claiming the artwork as your own;

Refund Policy

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission;

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund;

• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund;

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
